 Healthy Homes, Inc. was incorporated in March, 1994 and specializes in residential environmental inspections. I am the president and owner of Healthy Homes, Inc. I have a medical degree and expertise in various areas of environmental concern. In addition, I have had years of environmental education, which I continually update through annual accrediation classes. Click here for my Education and Professional Background and Credentials. There are no quidelines directing home inspectors to address environmental concerns in their evaluations. Due to this fact, few, if any, home inspectors include environmental home hazards in their report. I realized that the average homeowner did not have the resources for obtaining information regarding the potential home environmental hazards, particularly when purchasing an older home. This recognition led to the establishment of Healthy Homes, Inc. I have performed thousands of home and commercial Indoor Air Quality Studies in which I identified potential health hazards. Following this identification through inspection and testing, I have consulted with my clients, considered their unique situations, then performed appropiate mitigating procedures in order to provide safe indoor air environments for their families and /or employees.
